    Leaves you wanting

I'm giving this a 5 star because I'm completely annoyed and amazed that in 7 pages I'm both hooked and finished with the story. I want to read more and angry that I can't. I tip my hat to you, Miss Grey. Well done.

For an eight page short story that has the feeling that it is the beginning of something much longer this story really is not at all bad. In fact it is very well written. I only hope that the other takes the time to expand it into a full length short story, novella, or novel at some point. However as is it does stand on its own. It is an account of the first meeting between two women on a train. Or perhaps the first two meeting - The first sighting and then the first conversation. For a free story - in my opinion - you cannot really go very wrong. Worth reading if only for the fact that it IS free and the writing skill the author shows.

    Okayish...

It was very short but was well written. I hope she extends the story as well because the ending stinks.

    Not worth it

It would be excellent if it had an actual plot. The whole thing is only a single conversation.

Very Short Good But Very Short

The story itself is only 7 pages long even though the total page count is 25. It is well written, and it ended just as I was getting fully invested in the characters and the story. I wish it had been just a little bit longer.
