Debra prayed. She prayed ...
Debra prayed. She prayed some more. Sometimes she was so frustrated, she told God she wasn't going to pray that day because it just seemed He wasn't listening. But at some point, she realized that she was asking for things to happen according to her own will and her own timing, not God's. That realization changed her prayer life-and led to this book. She even started seeing some answers to her prayers
For the Lives of My Children is both a resource and a workbook. Each included Scripture passage is followed by a prayer, which you can personalize with the names of those for whom you are praying. Space is also provided to write prayers of praise and thanksgiving, and notes about answered prayers. You can use the entries to pray for your children, grandchildren, parents, siblings, friends-even enemies. You too will see how God works when we stop trying to impose our own will and trust everything to him.

Proverbs 1:8-9 Hear, my son, your father’s instruction, and forsake not your mother’s teaching, (9) for they are a graceful garland for your head and pendants for your neck.
