    From a medical point of view

    I really enjoyed the medical aspect of this book. It was very specific and based upon data gathered at the sisters clinic. The book does not tell you how to 'fix yourself', but a the same time you can relate to the women in the book. Not a quick fix, but definitly makes one feel not so alone.

    EXCELLENT GUIDE FOR ALL WOMEN AND MEN WHO SEEK TO UNDERSTAND THEM

    This book is a great reference for everyone whether they have a sexual dysfunction or not. This book should be in every household.

    Okay, no realistic solutions

    The book is a good guide to understanding your body as a woman. It does alleviate your mind, that you are not the only one going through this. However, if you are looking for a realistic solution, this might not help. They offer possible supplements you should take, but they still insist in visiting a doctor to determine for sure the cause. If the doctors where I lived would even acknowledge this problem I could, but they don't and that's why I bought the book. I guess you would have to go visit these doctors in the book, or great if you happen to live there already. I am not rockefeller, I have to go to whatever doctor my insurance tells me to go to.

    Excellent information for women--and their partners

    What Our Bodies Ourselves was for women's health, FOR WOMEN ONLY is for women's sexual health. Terrific information about the physiological and emotional reasons that your sex life may not be as good as it can be, and very helpful advice on how to fix it. The Bermans' important message is that you don't have to live with a so-so sex life--most problems can be fixed.
