Heather McLeod Grant is a consultant, author, speaker, andadviser to high-impact nonprofits and foundations. As a seniorconsultant at Monitor Institute, her work focuses on scaling socialinnovations and impact, leveraging networks for social change, andtransforming large-scale legacy nonprofits. She also lectures atStanford University and serves on several nonprofit advisoryboards.
