Don't miss out on this one!

I’ve recently finished reading Forever and Beyond in the Ancient Legends series.

Meet Amber Reed. Necromancer. Freshly turned vampire. # 1 winner of a paranormal race. Worst Summer-Housekeeper in the world. And in a relationship with hot vampire Aidan.

In Forever and Beyond, things have taken a bad turn for Amber and she has to flee with Aidan and his brother Kieran to Morgainfaire, a city in which witches and warlocks reside. What was supposed to be their sanctuary, however becomes their nightmare because witches start to turn up dead within days of their arrival, and the council starts to blame them. When Julie, the ghost of a demanding feisty witch, starts to haunt Amber too, she has no choice but to solve the secrets of this town on her own before everything falls to dust.

I would go into more but I would ruin the read for the reader but I will say this, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED BY THIS BOOK!

This was a very VERY compelling and fun read with enough suspense to keep me turning the pages at night. Just when you thought you figured out what's going on, there's a twist that throws you off.

This was one of the best books I have read in my life and I can say I wished that it never ended. I will definitely buy the next one and reread this one.

    Must Read

I have heard people say great things about the Ancient Legends series for a while now, so I decided I would check out this new book. Wow! They were right, it was amazing. I loved it. I fell in love with the characters because of their sarcastic and witty humor. Amber was a very good main character, she just seemed so refreshingly real and fierce and I loved that about her. Some parts are funny and the plot interesting.

In fact, I had a hard time reading this on the train because I didn’t want my cheek-to-cheek grin and laughter to scare off the other riders.

    great new series

This series is a roller coaster ride, the perfect start to a new series. There are so many comments I would like to make, but I would ruin the suspense for others. All I can say is: Read it! You won’t be disappointed. It’s a fantastic book for 2.99 and it should be savored without any prior knowledge of its plot.

    chilling

What I loved about forever and beyond is that it suxd me in with its plot and action...I couldn't put it down. I felt like I wanted to jump in to help out. I thought I knew who was the killer. I read this with a growing sense of dread; what the hell happened in the past and is still happening now? Who's telling her the truth, who's lying to her? Who's protecting her, who's placing her in danger? A subtle, chilling read. Still thinking about it!

    Such a treat!

I don’t read a lot of YA books because they tend to fail to keep me interested as an adult, but this book was actually good. Not only did it hold my attention, but it kept me laughing throughout. The characters are unique, and hilarious – they’re characters you wish you had as friends. The story is a world you wish you could walk into and join in on the fun. I’m now a fan of this author and I can’t wait to read her other books. I just hope this book didn’t set the bar too high. We’ll have to see.

5 stars- this is a great story!

I don't seem to give 5 stars much these days, but this book deserved them. I finished it last night and it stayed in my thoughts for quite a while. This is a must read for book lovers. I am a crime/mystery lover as a rule, but every now and then in the past year, thanks to friends recommendations, I try something new and out of my comfort zone. I loved Amber. I had no expectations, didn't have a clue what it was about and so it proved to be a real surprise and delight. I was completely engrossed in the story. The description of this book doesn't even do the book justice as there is much more going on. This is a book everyone should read.

    WOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't begin to tell you how great this book is. I would have given it a higher rating , but they only have 5 stars. In this series, Jayde scott creates a fantastic world consisting of shadows, vampires, werewolves, witches, hunters, fallen angels, succubus, the fates and where there are rules coming from three courts: The Lore Cort, Layla- A semi Goddess who sets up the games every 500 years and the Shadow's Queen Deidre, a high priestess of her own kind. I never knew how amazing this book was until I started to read and got sucked in into the story.

    ABOUT FOREVER AND BEYOND:
Since winning the first prize everyone wants by accident in a paranormal race, Amber’s life has changed.
She’s become the hunted and her enemies are closing in.
A war between 3 courts is brooding.
    Her friend is still missing
And something dark is hidden in Morgainfaire where witches turn up dead wherever she goes

A choice is coming where she could have her old life back, give up her bonded mate Aidan, give up her psychic gift and immortal life to be normal again…..to restore order….to bring some peace.
But is it the wise choice? Will she take it?
If it only were so simple.

I feel that everything is very well developed and interwoven to a fantastic plot that keeps you addicted. It became all very interesting to the point that I didn't know anymore whom Amber could trust and whom not. There were twists I didn't expect and some surprises that left me shocked.

It was a good read and a great addition to my collection. I’m now awaiting Shadow blood and can only say with this series you wish you had tried it earlier.

    Recommend

What would you do if your boyfriend loved you so much he turned you into an immortal against your will just to have you always by his side? Then one day you get the option to have it all back: your old life, become human again. Would you take it knowing it might come with a high pric e?
What would you do if one day you woke up with people dead and no clue as to what happened to them? But there are signs you could be the killer. Are you strong enough to discover the truth?
The book is a real killer. It had so much suspense I was spell bound. This is one of the most original stories i have read. I highly recommend it to readers of fantasy and paranormal.

    My Rating: 5 of 5!

To be honest, I was a bit of a vampire addict a few years ago, but with all the Hollywood and Twilight hype, vampires seemed to be everywhere and they all followed the same old boring pattern. I almost didn't want to give this series a try, but when I started the first book, I loved it. It was unique, funny, and unpredictable - nothing I have read before. Then I tried the second one, and it was even better. Since then I have read all 4 books and now I can't wait for the fifth one. I found the right series to spark up my love again!
It's intense, emotional, suspenseful, and action-packed. A thrill ride of the mind.

    3.5 stars

    Rating: 3.5 Stars

First of all I have to say I absolutely adore Jayde Scott and all of the other stories in this series. However, this book left me a little disappointed and wanting a little more. I really felt like there was more story to tell, and the ending seemed abrupt, and completely took me off guard.

I enjoyed the story but felt like there were a lot of unresolved storylines from the last book and would've liked to have seen how Aiden and Amber resolved all of the things that happened in the last book. I kept waiting for them to be discussed but they weren't. With that said, I am still anxiously awaiting the next book in the series to see how the story unfolds, and what happens to the characters.

    Exceptional story

I love romantic comedy. Movies, books, you name it; if there’s romance and humor, I’m in. And if there’s some suspense or mystery, I consider myself lucky to have found it. Unfortunately, comedy and mystery/suspense are a tough combination, and not everyone does it well. Jayde Scott has done a phenomenal job with the ancient legends series. They have a bit of everything I was looking for. This book knocked my socks off and I’m sure it’ll bowl you over too.
