Overview

Often times the people who come across as the strongest can be the weakest underneath it all.

Events happen in life that can awaken our truest and deepest desires. They also show us our greatest fears. Sometimes we are forced to face those fears, other times we build walls that can’t be climbed or broken to protect ourselves.

A profound connection these two once shared, a strong friendship once formed is now shattered. Fate has stepped in and shaken both their worlds.

The danger, the wild, the chaos, and the lifestyle of the Hellions world has become far too much for Savannah ‘Sass’ Perchton. Swearing off bikers and attempting a ‘normal life’, she has settled. She pushes away her old life, her old self. She is trying to fit into a mold, to be everything she never was.
Things aren’t always what they seem. Wrap an empty box in pretty paper, tie it off with a bow- it may look amazing, but it’s still just a hollow shell.

He is a playboy. A different chick in his bed, off on a different ride, and always chasing something new. Frank ‘Tank’ Oleander, Haywood’s Hellions Road Chief will give anything for his club, including his life.

Throttle down, ride it out.

The fast pace of the Hellions life catches up to him. At a crossroads he is forced to face some life changing thoughts or succumb to the darkness of death. Teetering on the brink of giving in, her voice is all he is holding onto. The coma he can’t come out of is full of the memories he can’t let go of. She’s the light in the darkness.

She has left behind everything she has ever known chasing stability. His life literally hangs in the balance. Can she see beyond the chaos to the man behind the cut? Can he pull through?

Will they find their Forever Ride?

This book contains strong language and strong sexual situations and is not suitable for readers under the age of 18. Please do not buy if any of this offends you. This is a work of fiction and is not meant to be a true or exact depiction of a motorcycle club but rather a book meant to entertain.

Meet the Author

Chelsea Camaron was born and raised in Coastal North Carolina. She currently resides in Southern Louisiana with her husband and two children but her heart is always Carolina day dreaming.
Chelsea always wanted to be a writer, but like most of us, let fear of the unknown grab a hold of her dream; she realized that if she was going to tell her daughter to go for her dreams, that it was time to follow her own advice.
Chelsea grew up turning wrenches alongside her father, and from that grew her love for old muscle cars and Harley Davidson motorcycles, which just so happened to inspired her ‘Love and Repair’ and ‘The Hellions Ride’ series. Her love for reading has sparked a new love for writing and she currently has a few more projects in the works.
When she is not spending her days writing you can find her playing with her kids, attending car shows, going on motorcycle rides on the back of her husband’s Harley, snuggling down with her new favorite book or watching any movie that Vin Diesel might happen to be in. She hates being serious and is still a big kid at heart. She is a small town country girl enjoying life and, Chelsea hopes that her readers remember not to take life too seriously and to embrace your inner five year old, because five year olds know how to enjoy the simple things in life and how to always have fun.

    Not good

I am not sure how or why I powered through this book. I skimmed a lot. There is absolutely no reason for us to believe a connection between these two. No development at all. If you didnt read the first book then you get it even less. They say they talked and supported each other for a period of time that takes place before the story, but we are not privy to any of it. They main characters dont even talk to each other in this book for at least half the story...

5 stars = I freaking LOVED this book

To start, I have not read One Ride, the first book in the series, so I wasn’t sure of what to expect. While it is clear that Forever Ride is a continuation of the events that occurred in the first book, the author does such a good job setting up the story and filling in the blanks with Sass and Tank’s flashbacks that I didn’t feel lost, or at least not for long. I will admit that I typically like my MC novels really gritty and raw, but the spin that Ms. Camaron puts on Forever Ride was refreshing, pulling me in immediately and keeping me engaged from beginning to end.

I found that having part of Tank’s story told from his point of view while trapped in a coma utterly fascinating. I’ve never read a book in which the author has done this and not only does Ms. Camaron do it, she does it well. Not only that, she does an excellent job of presenting the story from the alternating views of Tank and Sass that, as reader new to the characters, I felt fully invested in both of them rather quickly and couldn’t help but hope that they found their way back to one another. Further, I appreciate the realism she brings to Tank’s recovery when he finally comes out of the coma (and no, that’s not really a spoiler if you read the blurb carefully). The chemistry and love between Tank and Sass is obvious and makes their story that much more enjoyable.

Even though I haven’t read the first book in the series, it is clear that Ms. Camaron has given her readers a well-written and enjoyable installment in The Hellions Ride series. I look forward to reading the next book in the series as well as going back and reading One Ride. Forever Ride has definitely made it on my list of re-reads.

I received a complimentary copy of the book in exchange for an honest review.

    It was ok

I was hoping for more from these characters. I wish she would of had Tank come out of his coma earlier in the book and play a bigger part in getting Sass back.

Forever Ride will take you on a rollercoaster ride of emotions t

Forever Ride will take you on a rollercoaster ride of emotions that you will not want to end.   Chelsea Camaron writes amazing biker stories because it is what she grew up around.  Chelsea put a piece of something real from her own life experience into this series and it shows.  I was up until 2:00 am and had to go to work the next day reading this story.  It had me hooked and I could not put it down.  5 hours of sleep later I made it into work happily knowing that Tank and Sass were going to be okay.

I am one of the lucky few that has become part of CC's Writing Shenanigans.  I am honored to be part of this group and to be able to cheer Chelsea on as she writes these amazing stories.  Chelsea is first a wife and mother, and then a writer.  She has worked very hard to put together two amazing series.  I found her while she was writing her Love and Repair series and was so impressed about how on target she was with her characters and what life is like living with mechanics.  Then she hooked me again with One Ride.  Her description of what life is like as part of the Hellions Motorcycle Club is spot on.  She, like me, grew up around bikers.  My dad was a Matador and the club will always be part of his past and he looks upon those days with fond memories.  The Hellions remind me so much of his old club when it came to family events.  If you have not picked up this series I can't tell you enough that you need to.  One Ride is only $.99 cents right now so you have nothing to lose. There is no other biker series that comes close to this one because what Chelsea writes is real.

On to Tank and Sass.  Chelsea about killed me at the end of One Ride.  I had to know what was going to happen with Tank and Sass.  She kept hinting that she was going to kill Tank and I can't tell you how many times I begged her not to.  Then I started reading Forever Ride and I wanted to kill Tank because he just would not wake up.  I was on the edge of my seat wondering if Tank was going to wake up in time to stop Sass from doing something stupid.

Sass really taught me a lot of things in this book.  One of the most important lessons learned once again is to always be yourself.  Do not conform to what others want or expect you to be.  There are people who love you for who you are.  Life is to short to lose yourself trying to please others.  Sass had changed so much to fit into Nicks world it was scary.  She was not even a shell of who she used to be and had convinced herself that she was happy with her life that way.

I felt like jumping up and down and cheering when Tank finally did wake up.  The scary part of all of it was it felt like he might be too late.  Sass is stubborn and when she wants something she goes all in and she really wanted a life with Nick.  Still, she could never deny the chemistry she an Tank shared.

Forever Ride will take you on several twists and turns that will keep you turning the pages.  I cannot wait to see what Chelsea has in store for us next.  I am in love with this series.

I LOVED THIS BOOK!!! LOVED IT!!!! Did I mention that I loved it?

I LOVED THIS BOOK!!! LOVED IT!!!! Did I mention that I loved it? It is now in my Top 5 MC Books List right up there with Debra Kayn, Madeline Sheehan, Bella Jewel, and Jamie Begley.  It was so well written, but not on a shock level type of MC books that I have read lately.  It really was about character development and connecting with the characters.  Tank was so damaged and thought he was undeserving of love while Sass thouught she wasn't made for the MC lifestyle.  They both were wrong! They were made for each other and their family was the MC.  The storyline will reel you in and while I don't want to give anything it is a emotional ride.  I loved how it wasn't all about just the sex between the character, but the emotional development of them.  Ms. Camaron found a great balance between the MC lifestyle and how they deal with the women they love.  While the sex was H O T, it didn't overwhelm the book. It felt real and natural. It was deeper and more meaningful than anything I've read in awhile.  I can't say enough about this book. Rarely a book is so good that I have to reach out to the author, but with this I did just that.  Pick up this book ~ You will not be disappointed!

Chelsea Camaron you have done it again! I was glued to this story from start to finish and I can say with total confidence that is equally as good as book 1. They characters were likeable and well written. The story was engaging and easily held my interest.
Tank and Sass have a complicated relationship. After everything they both go through in One Ride, things take a turn for the worse for a while. I found myself rooting for Tank to emerge from his coma and get better. I also found myself wanting to smack Sass a few times during her relationship with Nick. However she was still a great character and I absolutely loved it when she’d bring out that fire that gave her that awesome nickname. Tank has to do a lot of work to get back to his former sexy namesake but still keeps that badass biker attitude that we all love.
The story line in this book constantly had me on the edge of my seat, eager to find out what would happen next. I was definitely rooting for Tank and Sass from the very beginning and I really enjoyed reading the journey of them getting back to each other. This truly is a story of trust and learning to rely on friends and family when you need it the most. And of course the sexy bikers don’t hurt. Another fabulous book in The Hellions Ride series and I can’t wait for the next one. Fabulous job and 5 out of 5 stars!

My rating: 3.5 of 5 ¿¿ As daughter of a Hellion, Savanna

    My rating: 3.5 of 5 ¿¿

As daughter of a Hellion, Savannah 'Sass' Perchton, grew up in the MC life. She loved her extended family, but after the man she had waited for her entire life turned her down and then ended up barely alive in the hospital, she had enough. Craving a safe and normal life, she settles in with Nick, a man who likes order and control. Letting go of her biker family is difficult, but it is a choice she needs to make and one Nick strongly encourages.

Stuck in a body that won't cooperate, but mostly aware of his surroundings, the Hellions Road Chief, Frank Oleander - or 'Tank' for short - has nothing but time to contemplate his life and his choices. Many times he wishes he could let himself drift off on the darkness, but then he hears her voice, or feels her touch. Sassy, his friend, the girl he has always loved but was never ready for, until now, when he can't do anything about the fact that she is drifting further and further away.

As Tank fights in silence to hold on, Sass struggles to leave her heartbreak behind and start new.   Just as Sass decides to cut all ties with the club, Tank starts to show signs of recovery. And when what seemed to be a perfect future turns into an oppressive reality for Sass, it is Tank who can sense his girl is in trouble.

    ****

A bit of a departure from the first book in the series in terms of vibe, but a good read nonetheless!!

This is the second book in The Hellions Ride Series and although it technically has its own HEA, I would not suggest reading it by itself. Too much of the story is referring back to events from the first book.

Sass disappointed me a little in that she seemed very beaten down in this book. The impression I had from her was a spunky, hard-nosed and sassy girl, quite able to take care of herself, but in this book she seems to have lost all her fire. She willingly allows herself to be treated as a doormat and does nothing but justify it in her mind. I understand it in part, she wants to make that break so badly - and not necessarily to get away from the MC life as she likes to claim - but I think more to get away from her desillusionment and heartbreak over Tank. But to allow yourself to be erased the way Nick is erasing her is something I simply can't see.

In that same vein, I get that Tank had a pretty massive life-altering experience, and frankly I loved the contemplative periods he went through, but his "I am Alpha, you are MINE" was gone..... He had very little fire left as well and simply sat back for the longest time, which seems so unlike what I would think an Alpha, let alone a biker would do, territorial as they are.

All in all I felt this was perhaps a story better suited to a more condensed issue in the form of a novella. Although never boring, it did seem to be drawn out with relatively little movement.

The writing by Chelsea Camaron was as expected sharp and engaging. I am happy this story was told, I was anticipating it and wasn't disappointed. I will continue to follow this series!

¿A steamy, charged and stormy struggle back from the ledge.¿

Well here we are with the second book to the Hellions Ride, an MC that has all you could ask for from a great story. Tank has been in a coma for over eight months and still his MC family keeps a vigil over him. Sass is there every day but her feelings for him and the MC life are driving her to change things. Sometimes we think the grass is greener on the other side to find out it can be much worse. So we live and learn. She tries to move on with Nick, the suit, but something doesn't feel right. Deep down I think she knows and she will have to face her fears and Tank. Will she be able to leave the MC family and Tank behind and even give up Doll, her best friend forever? The family doesn't understand most of what she feels because the MC family is all she knows and it scares her. Will Tank survive and wake from the coma? Will Sass finally come back home?
If you are looking for a fantastic MC story, you should check out The Hellions Ride, One Ride (book 1) Forever Ride (book 2, Merciless Ride (book 3) and Innocent Ride (book 4) both due out before the end of the year. You can not go wrong with this series. So jump on the Hellions train and enjoy the ride with Chelsea Camaron. I wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars because this one deserves so many more.

This book which is book 2 of the Hellions series was amazing. I

This book which is book 2 of the Hellions series was amazing. I have been following Chelsea since her first series Love and Repair and let me tell you her writing just keeps getting better and better.

Now about Forever Ride. This book was just wow. I loved how I was able to get the point of views of both Tank and Sass and I was able to feel what they were feeling. I will not give away any spoilers because that is not cool but I will say that when you are reading this; you will not expect to get what you get.

Sass oh poor Sass is lost and you will see she really sticks to her words from One Ride. She does not want to be a part of the MC world so she moves on. Tank well we know by reading One Ride that he was actually hurt in the take down of the jerk that made a play for Doll. Chelsea does an outstanding job by making me feel the worry, pain, angst, sadness, doubt...etc. I could go on and on so what I am saying is that I was given emotions. YES!!!! I love that.

You will not regret reading this MC book as it is not like the other ones out there; yes we get the MC life but we don't get the cruel side of the MC world as not all MC's are like that. Enjoy this ride as I sure as hell did because I loved it.
