    Everyone should read this book.

Lots of information from a dermatologist who helps one understand how many factors effect our skin. Cosmetics, cleansers, stress & lifestyle all play a part. Great book.

    So far, so good

I listen to Dr.Day on satellite radio, so was interested ti read her book. So far, I am enjoying it, and she backs everything up with good science. My only complaint is with the editing. I am reading the nook edition, and she often says "See page 27", etc., and the page numbers do not correspond with the paper edition. Very frustrating!

    Great for newcombers!

If you no nothing about skin line products and taking care of your skin, this is the book for you. I knew most of what was in this book but it is informative for someone new. Kind of boring to me who knows a lot about products!
