    Best book in the series

This book was by far the best in the series. An excellent way to finish out the series with no loose ends left. This series is the 2nd best I have read next to the Dragons trilogy from Dragonlance.

    COOL A VAMPIRE!!!

Another Salvatore instant epic with awesome enemies and cool cleric Cadderly. Salvatore takes the chaos curse to a new level when the curse liquid is consumed and spawns an abomination... read this book.

R.A. Salvatore... need I say more?

Salvatore does it again. The master of D&D fantasy shows once again why he deserves the title. As always, Salvatore creates characters so real you almost believe they're long lost friends. This time the main character is a cleric (as if the series name didn't already mention that.) Although following the format of the 'Dark Elf Trilogy' somewhat, this series seems to surpass his early work in many ways. The characters develop much more naturally, and the intricate plot keeps you interested throughout the book. WARNING: This series can be EXTREMELY difficult to put down. I had to set a timer on my lights to ensure I got enough sleep for work.

Disapointing end to a good series

The Chaos Curse is the last book of the Cleric Quintet and is probably the most depressing ending I have ever read. While the start and the middle of the book are very good and had me reading late into the night the ending ruined the entire series, and had me cursing the week a waisted reading the series.
