"Forking Fantastic" will take you a long way toward relaxing in your kitchen even if you don't yet cook for yourself let alone anyone else. You'll be inspired by these two lovably wacko women who cook enormous amounts of forking fantastic food for friends and describe with laugh out loud humor how they do it ~ from the market to the table. I jumped up from reading it and baked some of their fabulous orange gingerbread from the easy to follow recipe. But this is about so much more than recipes, a whole different kind of cookbook. Everyone I bought it for is buying it for others!
