    Great book, but buy it in paperbook and not for your Nook

    I purchased this for my Nook. A number of the recipes had a question mark in the place of the amounts for some items in the recipes..i.e.
    ? cup of peas instead of 1/3 cup of peas.
    This makes the book unusable for some of the recipes. I contacted B&N and they refunded my money and I went and bought the paperback.

    For this reason, I gave it three stars, but the paperback is great.

    Does not open do not buy

    Whenever I try to open the book on the nook app or in iBooks the Forks Over Knives is unable to load. It says "error loading book" in the nook app then it closes. When i try opening in my ibook library it just crashes . When I try opening it through barnes and noble website under my library and it just does not open. I firsrt ordered the free sample and it opened no problem. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back. Would most likely be a great book if it opened.

    do not recommend

    this book is extremely brief and i personally find the recipes poorly assembled whose ingredients are not readily accessible nor palatable realistically. there are hundreds of vegan or vegetarian books with better cooking instructions and ingredients on the market. i was greatly disappointed in the book's recipes which take up the majority of the book. i would not recommend it for a friend or an unhealthy person looking to modify his diet with ease and efficiency.

    Good Book

    I like the book because it changed the way I now eat. Never thought about the abuse of animals before they all killed for food. God gave us dominion over the fish of the sea and the animals of the fields. Everyone should read this book before eating another piece of meat. Thanks to Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn.
