This is a wonderful book about how one woman discovered that her weight affected and was affected by her mental health. It is perfect for someone who is ready to address what they have created for themselves by being fat. And why some people have difficulty remaining thin after great weight loss. It is also good for examining the effect of borderline mothers on children. However, it is not for the faint of heart. This is a serious examination of self.Was this review helpful?
