Editorial Reviews

From Barnes & Noble

Most fitness books recycle exercise regimens; this new book by chiropractor Eric Goodman and trainer Peter Park radically defines the core, shifting the focus from the front of the body to the back. With simple, equipment-free exercises, this training method goes to the root of back problems and mechanical weaknesses. Foundation's co-authors have proven track records and stellar credentials: Park is the Lance Armstrong's strength and conditioning coach and a world champion triathlon competitor; co-author Goodman holds a Doctorate of Chiropractic Medicine and is regarded as an expert on athletic training.

From the Publisher
“I thought my lower back would be my Achilles’ heel forever. Foundation training took that thought

out of the equation. I feel strong and flexible, and my posture is better than it has ever been.

This stuff is just plain good for you.”—Matthew McConaughey, actor

“I have always been in great shape and take pride in maintaining a certain level of fitness, but in the time I have been working with Peter Park and Eric Goodman, I have reached a new level of endurance, stamina, and strength. The program pushes me without exhausting me, conditions me, and has completely changed the way my body moves and feels.”—Derek Fisher, LA Laker and NBA champion

“I am fortunate enough to represent some of the world’s greatest athletes, and after working with

Peter and Eric for the last two years, I am starting to feel as strong as one! The core principles of this book have made me stronger and fitter than I ever imagined possible, and I intend to make them

a part of my daily routine for many years to come.”—Casey Wasserman, chairman and CEO of Wasserman Media Group

A great book, but where are the videos?

I think the program makes a lot of sense and i cannot wait to try it. In the overview it says 10 videos were created for the ebook. I purchased the book, but i do not see the videos anywhere...

    Highly Recommended

I have had a spinal fusion on my lower back and now have nerve damage from the surgery. I also have a herniated disc in the middle of my back. My pain management doctor referred this book to me. I read it in two days and have been doing the exercises for four weeks. WOW! I feel like a different person. I cancelled my epideral appointment. I recommend this book to anyone whom has/had back pain. I really learned alot.

    Videos???

This is fabulous information and an incredible new approach. Would have loved to actually have recieved the "10 included videos". When i contacted the foundation folks about it, they said it is a b&n issue. Hope they follow through with the product as advertised on their site. Feel little shorted on product described.

This is a must read for anyone with back problems!!!

This book was very informative and helpful. Within just a couple of days I noticed a huge change in the way my back felt. It was a life changer for sure! I am a very busy 42 year old mom, I don't have time for back problems to keep me down. I plan on doing a 12K in May thanks to this book.
