I have had a spinal fusion on my lower back and now have nerve damage from the surgery. I also have a herniated disc in the middle of my back. My pain management doctor referred this book to me. I read it in two days and have been doing the exercises for four weeks. WOW! I feel like a different person. I cancelled my epideral appointment. I recommend this book to anyone whom has/had back pain. I really learned alot.

This is fabulous information and an incredible new approach. Would have loved to actually have recieved the "10 included videos". When i contacted the foundation folks about it, they said it is a b&n issue. Hope they follow through with the product as advertised on their site. Feel little shorted on product described.

I think the program makes a lot of sense and i cannot wait to try it. In the overview it says 10 videos were created for the ebook. I purchased the book, but i do not see the videos anywhere...

This book was very informative and helpful. Within just a couple of days I noticed a huge change in the way my back felt. It was a life changer for sure! I am a very busy 42 year old mom, I don't have time for back problems to keep me down. I plan on doing a 12K in May thanks to this book.
