    Up-to-date and insightful

    If you don't already know the terms AAHOA, RevPar, PMS, GDS, GOP and SMERF (to name but a few) you will appreciate how these authors introduce them in an easy to understand way. If you want to know how these terms fit in the hotel business, and how the departments in a hotel should work together, this is the most current book out there.
