    I Also Recommend:

    This is the best book about permanent change I've ever read. You can apply it to weight loss, but, truly, it can be applied to any kind of change.

    Martha Beck's strategies in The Four Day Win are incredibly helpful. This was the first book I read cover to cover in years. Now, I keep it by my bedside and slowly work the strategies into my life.
    I've never read a book that was so fun to read, while also being incredibly informative and so easy to apply to my own life. Not to mention that it is different from the typical weight loss book.
    Martha addresses the fact that EVERYBODY says, "In order to lose weight, you must move more and eat less." She sheds new light on an old subject when she says that we all know that, but it doesn't change our behavior.
    This is a great read, and the strategies will certainly make the weight loss process one you can succeed at.
