"A book for the ages."—?Los Angeles Times Book Review

Four Days in November is an extraordinarily exciting, precise, and definitive narrative of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy on November 22, 1963, by Lee Harvey Oswald. It is drawn from Reclaiming History: The Assassination of President John F. Kennedy, a huge and historic account of the event and all the conspiracy theories it spawned, by Vincent Bugliosi, famed prosecutor of Charles Manson and author of Helter Skelter. For general readers, the carefully documented account presented in Four Days is utterly persuasive: Oswald did it and he acted alone.

Editorial Reviews

Wall Street Journal
“One of the best narrative treatments of the four days from assassination to funeral.”
Scott Turow
“This is quite simply a book that will be read for centuries.”
New York Times Book Review
“What Bugliosi has done is a public service... the literary equivalent of World War I, a kind of trench warfare for the mind.”
Los Angeles Times Book Review
“At last, someone has done it, put all the pieces together.... With this work, Bugliosi has definitively explained the murder that recalibrated modern America.”
Richard Mosk
“By far the most accurate and detailed nongovernmental account [of] the assassination.”
Washington Post
“Absent a trial proving [Oswald's] guilt, Bugliosi has offered the next best thing: a prosecutor's air-tight brief that leaves no reasonable doubt.... Bugliosi is right that this case is, and ought to be, closed.”
The Atlantic
“There is no question that Bugliosi succeeds in scorching the conspiracy theory terrain with ferocious, even definitive, plausibility.”
Philadelphia Inquirer
“Few books are as gripping in their narrative, or as telling in their fine detail. This is a book that will make you weep.”
The Oregonian
“What Bugliosi has done is reframe the narrative in such a compelling manner, in such an original writing voice, that he essentially shuts the conspiracy theorists down cold.”
Booklist

[A] monumental critique.

A book for any Kennedy buff

If you are a Kennedy Buff or an assassination buff or a conspiracy theorist this book is for you. This has to be one of the most detailed discriptions of what took place on those four fateful days in November 1963. Vicent Bugliosi manages to get it all in there and not make it dry as a dessert at the same time. This is great as a stand alone book but even better as the opening to Bugliosi's epic work "Reclaiming History".

Everybody should read this book; a definitive account of what RE

Everybody should read this book; a definitive account of what REALLY happened on that terrible day in Dallas, Texas. What an incredibly interesting book presenting the facts the way they were and what a great author to boot!! Anybody who believes in anything else is delusional and neurotic.

    With blinders on

Bugliosi's analysis is unconvinving and ignores many facts that have been uncovered since November 1963.

Absurd. This book nearly completely ignores 50 years of evidence

Absurd. This book nearly completely ignores 50 years of evidence to the contrary of the Oswald story concocted by the Warren Commission. Reading this I just couldn't believe Bugliosi is this foolish. This book is an insult to Kennedy, and an insult to serious assassination researchers.
