    It's Ok

This book is ok. It relies on the old methods, not on personalizing your running routine. Basically, run just the regimes in this book and you will succeed. It doesn't seem to give a complete picture for running a marathon.

    Recommend

Cheaper than paying for an online marathon training program. Get the updated hard cover, not the old version on the kindle. Reviews plans for various goals from 4 hours to 4 hours, 59 minutes.

Very East to Read and Inspiring

I wish I had this book before i ran my first marathon. I would have had a better training program and a much better finishing time. I plan to use this book when I train for my next marathon sometime down the road.
