But when he’s hired to protect a hot-to-trot wedding planner with a werewolf stalker, he’s forced to put his feelings aside. Delightful & Sexy Sequel With a Drool-Worthy Hero!

Not having read the previous book in the Seattle Wolf Pack series I wasn't sure what to expect. What I got was a delightfully sweet yet sexy story with an amazing hero that was to die for. This story reintroduced a few characters from the previous installment but this book can definitely be read on its own as its storyline mostly revolved around the serious-minded Veronica and her loyal and sexy bodyguard Logan fighting their feelings while keeping her safe from a stalker. From start to finish I was completely immersed in this story, while drooling over Logan every moment, and kept on the edge of my seat as the story raced to its heart-pounding conclusion.

Veronica has always been the responsible sister. Her parents always expected her to help her sister and it's something she still does today. In her job and in her life she's always trying to make things right for others, even at the expense of her own happiness. She's a strong-willed and serious person focused at all times. Ever since her sister was attacked by a werewolf, and become a part of the Seattle Pack, Veronica's life has been turned upside down. For so long it was just her and her sister and now she feels lonely as her sister has a new family to connect with. Her reactions at this time felt a bit juvenile and selfish at first. It felt as though she was begrudging her sister her happiness and it rubbed me wrong. Veronica felt alienated though and has a prejudice against all werewolves because of what happened to her sister which makes her feelings towards her new bodyguard Logan even more complicated. She's drawn to him the moment she sees him, attracted beyond all reason, and enjoys the care and support he gives her but hates his werewolf side thinking it will make him a crazed beast and that she'll be hurt. It will take a lot to convince her otherwise, but as she digs deeper into his soul she'll see a man worth loving. Logan brings out a better side to her, a side more inclined to have fun and be freer. As her stalker gets closer she'll see a different side of Logan that at once frightens her yet makes her feel safe which makes their path to a HEA even more uncertain. No matter how things end, she's a better person for being with Logan and I liked the woman she became by the end of the story.

Logan had me at hello! He's a sexy yet loyal man to those he cares about and those he's hired to protect. He's kind hearted and playful and recognizes Veronica as something special the moment he sees her which has him running from the truth. He's not fond of commitment, doesn't believe it exists after witnessing his mother's numerous marriages and eventual abandonment of him once she met her true mate. He's the king of one-night stands but knows that Veronica means more than that. Their interactions as he's guarding her are full of sexual tension and playfulness that made him endearing. He brought laughter to her life and opened her eyes to a new kind of family if only she'd put past hurts behind her. He's a true romantic at heart that belied his roughly masculine exterior as he said many things that brought a tear to my eye and made him the epitome of a romantic hero and has me still dreaming of him.

The sexual interactions between Veronica and Logan were hot and nicely spaced throughout the story as to allow their connection to grow. Their time out of the bedroom was fun and flirty with lots of playful interactions and had me completely won over by the

Have lots of things to do? Never mind. Tasks are stacking up? They’ll wait. Plan your day accordingly, because Four Weddings and a Werewolf will keep you happily pinned to your favorite reading location until you reach The End.
Poor, dateless, wedding planner Veronica Vale’s life is fine, maybe even good, but she’s about to lose her sister through matrimony to a werewolf, of all things, and she’s got an admirer who won’t reveal himself. Could her life get more upside-down? As a matter of fact, it can and does when she has an uncharacteristic fling and suddenly finds herself the subject of deep passions she has no idea how to control. She must trust those she fears, and accept that her life is going places she never wanted or anticipated.
Kristin Miller has done a wonderful job creating a world within a city I know very well – Seattle. Certain to say I’ll never look at the city the same way again – with just a touch of wistfulness? The writing is superb, her characters and plot multi-dimensional and riveting . . . and hot . . . and laugh out loud funny at times.
This was a fantastic read, and I look forward to more of same from Ms. Miller in the future. Very well done.

Valerie hates werewolves with everything she has. Her sister was bitten and turned changing their lives. No in the midst of planning weddings including her sister's she has a secret admirer. Logan is a werewolf and has been sent to protect Valerie. He hates weddings but helps Valerie out. He knows she has a stalker and not a secret admirer. It's a rogue werewolf who thinks Valerie is his mate. The two couldn't be more different but are really attracted to each other. With Valerie hating werewolves and Logan hating commitment it may not just work out between them.

Valerie loves planning weddings and wants everything perfect. She can be wound tight most of the time. She doesn't believe there can be any good in werewolves. Logan is the sexy werewolf who is supposed to keep his hands off but can't. He has a wonderful sense of humor. I really liked these two as opposites certainly do attract in this case.

First I will give a warning. Make sure your not drinking anything while reading this. It has several funny parts in it I loved. One in a flower shop had me spitting my drink out. This book is the perfect blend of romance, danger, laughter and more. I loved every bit of it. Valerie has to see not everyone is the same no matter what they are. Logan has to see he can't control his heart. I kinda had a feeling about the stalker but still had a surprise in the end. The author did a great job with writing this as it is very witty and keeps your attention. I want Logan for myself lol. If you love werewolves, paranormal, or a book with some romance grab this one up.

This was a very enjoyable story. The characters are very likeable, and their personalities had me wishing the story would not end.

Wedding planner, Veronica Vale’s life has been changed forever. She never knew werewolves existed until her sister was bitten by one. She doesn’t know how to deal with her sister’s change, and as far as she’s concerned, she hates every single one of them. She’s been planning her sister’s wedding, and has recently acquired a secret admirer who is sending her gifts along with little notes, and she has no idea that a few of them have been hidden from her because they were very disturbing. At one of the wedding receptions she sees Logan and something makes her want to get to know him. But will she still want to know him when she finds out what he is?

Logan Black is a bodyguard for the Seattle Wolf Pack, and as a former Marine he has plenty of training in protecting people from danger. He hates weddings, and never plans to marry, but when his close friend asks him to protect his future sister-in-law from a stalker he can’t say no. He never expected to experience the feelings that he has for Veronica, but once she finds out he’s a werewolf they won’t matter anyway.

Things really heat up between them. But is it enough for Veronica to get over her hatred of werewolves and for Lucas to release that not all marriages are fake? Or will Veronica’s stalker keep them from ever finding out?

I received an e-ARC of this book for free from the publisher in exchange for an honest review.

Ok. This was a good book but I still had to give it only four stars. The prejudice in this book was a little overwhelming. I know it's out there (of course, not for werewolves) but this went almost a little too extreme. Of course, it ended as they always do and that was great but the middle got a little frustrating. I also didn't realize this was the second one in a series. It didn't feel like it was. You don't have to read the first one to read this one. That's always nice.

Veronica is a wedding planner with an distinct aversion to werewolves. Her preduices run deep due to her sister being turned after an attack. Unknown to Veronica the secret admirer she has is really a werewolf stalker. Logan has been sent to be her bodyguard until the stalker is caught. Little does Veronica know that Logan is also a werewolf.
This is a well crafted book with humour, sexual tension, honest truths and some action all thrown in. I really enjoyed it and will be looking for more from this author.

I received this book in exchange for an honest review.

This is my first book I have read by Kristin Miller.  And I am glad I read it.  It was sweet, super sexy, suspenseful, and fun.  This story was a very quick read mainly because you could see it play out in your head like a movie. I love when that happens.  The author truly creates beautiful imagery and scenes that appear in your mind.

Logan was so amazing.  I loved how he was so strong and protective right from the beginning.
How he knew they were meant to be during their first encounter.

Veronica was a great female lead.  She was strong and independent.  I loved her transformation throughout the book to where she opened her eyes and saw Logan's true self.

I enjoyed the chemistry between the two and was glad for their ending.  The stalker story was a great secondary one.  I had a feeling I knew who it was and glad the author didn't do the crazy twist I had going on in my head, because that one I wouldn't have liked.  The story tied up quite nicely and I would love to read more of the series.

Fabulous story filled with humor, romance and suspense!¿If I eve

Fabulous story filled with humor, romance and suspense!“If I ever fall in love with a werewolf,” Veronica said…“shoot me.”

Wedding planner Veronica Vale hates werewolves. Her sister was bitten by one and it has changed their relationship, and now she hates all werewolves and blames them for what happened to her sister.
“I’m saying that a werewolf took Leah from me. He took away the only family I had left and ripped my heart out.”

Hired to protect Veronica from a stalker, former Marine Logan Black finds himself fighting his attraction to Veronica. Even though sparks fly between them, there is a major deal-breaker for Veronica - Logan is a werewolf…
“He’d certainly be the most gorgeous werewolf she’d ever seen. He’d still be filthy, mangy, and unnatural, but he’d be a hottie to boot.”
…and Logan, who is fighting demons from his past, just doesn’t believe in marriage and happy ever afters.
“Looks aside, Veronica was his polar opposite. It was clear she longed for a serious, stable relationship, and that’s the last thing Logan wanted. She was a night owl, and he rose with the sun. She always noticed the good in people and he…well, years of bad experiences had taught him better.”

Logan and Veronica try to fight the sparks that are flying between them. and as Veronica learns more about werewolves she starts to see that they are not all alike.
“How had it happened? How had she come to depend on a wolf to feel safe? The concept was ludicrous. Backward. Why, then, did it feel so right?”

Logan has sworn to protect Veronica and will do whatever it takes to see that she is safe.
“Veronica might not have said she wanted to be his for all time, but damn it, he yearned to protect her with everything he had.”

Things heat up between Logan and Veronica, but will they find their happy ever after, or will Veronica’s stalker come between them?

This was such a great read and it had me laughing out loud and turning the pages to find out what was going to happen next. I loved the humor in the book – let’s just say pussy willow and cockscomb – and thought the book had the right balance of romance, humor and suspense which made it a quick and engaging read. Even though this is book #2 in the Seattle Wolf Pack series, I don’t think I missed anything by not having read the first book in the series. I would highly recommend this book to anyone!

I received an eARC from the publisher in exchange for an honest review.

I just have to add two of my favorite quotes from this book – I was literally laughing out loud as I read the passages these came from. These passages alone make this a 5 star read!

“I mean, if you were my bride, for example – not that I’d ever let that happen – and you made your bouquet out of pussy willow, I’d make my boutonniere out of” – he turned a page in the binder and laughed – “cockscomb.”

“Logan sucked in a clipped breath, then lowered his mouth over hers. “If you say the word thigh again, you may break me.”…”Smiling, she whispered, “Pussy willow.”

Veronica is a wedding planner who thinks she has a secret admirer. She keeps getting flowers and sweet notes randomly. Little does she know that her sisters fiance who is a werewolf suspects a stalker.

Logan is a former Marine who is supposed to be keeping an eye on Veronica without her knowing. He is also a werewolf but doesn't want Veronica to know he is a werewolf as she really dislikes werewolves. Turns out her sister was turned against her will.

She figures out shortly that Logan isn't with her just to be with her, that there is an underlying reason and discovers that they think her secret admirer is a stalker. She begins to doubt this secret admirer.

I won't share the ending, but Logan and Veronica have some steamy scenes and the chemistry between them is great! A great book to read.

    Funny and Charming!

This book had wrecked my week. From the hotness to the sweetness to the drama to the shifters – I simply could not put it down! We are talking late nights, reading on my phone while waiting for a train to go by and sneaky reading at work. That’s how good Four Weddings and a Werewolf is. Consider yourself warned.

Let’s start with Veronica Vale (and please tell me I am not the only person that hears Kim Basinger say “Vicky Vale” whenever she reads the name). She’s spunky…I like her. Even if she does have a pretty low opinion of werewolves. Though you can’t blame her too much – a werewolf almost killed her sister and threw both their lives into an uproar. A girl’s bound to have a bit of baggage.

And then, of course, into her life strolls Logan Black. Ex-military (hot), bodyguard (hotter), werewolf (holy hell). He’s being paid to keep an eye on Veronica as she seems to have acquired a stalker of the furry-shifter variety. Logan’s anti-relationship but feels drawn to Veronica. After an oddly incomplete one-night stand, he realizes Veronica is his Luminary – his soulmate. And that’s when the drama begins.

I loved this book. Loved it! The tension of the two main characters trying so hard not to fall for each other, the steamy scenes when they give in, the banter…it’s the recipe for an almost perfect love story. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the whole stalker storyline and think it wrapped up far too neatly, but the romance and witty humor made up for that particular point.

Charming and funny, I give Four Weddings and a Werewolf four stars. This is a perfect stand-alone book in what I hope will become a great shifter series. I will be backtracking to read Gone with the Wolf, the first in the Seattle Pack series. And then I might just wonder over to check out Kristin’s dragon shifter books. Check her out!

I think this was one of the rare times when I liked the sequel even more that the 1st book. We got a little taste of Logan in book 1, and I was really happy he got his own. In book 1 he was dark and brooding, but also kind to Emelia. I really hope this series continues!

Book 2 begins with wedding planner Veronica is trying to make it thru a wedding in which some of the guests are members of the Seattle Wolf Pack. She's not fond of werewolf's. She thinks they're overly aggressive mangy mutts with no self control. She's felt this way ever since her sister was attacked and turned by one. She's distracted by one of the guests who's been watching her all evening. She thinks for a second that he might be the secret admirer who'd been sending her notes for some time.

The guy staring at Veronica is none other than Logan Black. He's been hired by Veronica's sisters mate Jake to protect her from her admirer without her knowledge. Veronica's admirer or stalker, is a werewolf. Jake's number one rule for Logan is keep your hands off Veronica. When Veronica's car doesn't start after the wedding, he offers to drive her home. They got lost in their attraction, then Logan pulls back. He wants no part in any commitment. Now they're stuck together, fighting their chemistry, all with a stalker watching Veronica's every move.

This is my first paranormal romance starring a werewolf. Logan Black is a former Marine and werewolf hired by his best friend, Jake, to protect human wedding planner Veronica Vale. Veronica is the younger sister of Leah, who is engaged to marry Jake.

Veronica has been receiving letters from a secret admirer who also happens to be a werewolf. She isn’t a fan of werewolves. In fact, her sister was attacked by a werewolf about a year ago and is now a werewolf herself. Veronica loves her sister but she despises any other werewolf even though her sister is marrying one.

Logan’s job is to protect Veronica from a distance but that doesn’t work out so well. His attraction to her causes him to get much closer than he expected. Their relationship heats up and he doesn’t get the opportunity to tell her that he is also a werewolf. Veronica’s interactions with Logan and other pack members help to change her perspective regarding werewolves and she has to do some soul searching of her own. Ultimately, her journey becomes a lesson in love and the age old issues about judging a book by it’s cover. I really enjoyed the book. It is part of a series but definitely stands alone.

    To have and to howl…

Logan Black, former Marine and bodyguard for the Seattle Wolf Pack, hates weddings and has no plan to walk the path to matrimonial misery. But when he’s hired to protect a hot-to-trot wedding planner with a werewolf stalker, he’s forced to put his feelings aside. Not such an easy task when the damsel can turn him on with a single smoldering glance.

    Review:

Somehow I seem to start reading books that are not the first in a series...lol Good thing that this book really can be a stand alone, the Author does a excellent job of setting up the book.

Playboy Logan is hired by Veronica's soon to be brother-in-law to protect her when, her secret admirer escalates into stalking. Logan keeps his werewolf status a secret from Veronica, who has a strong distrust and dislike of werewolves after her sister is attacked by one.

The chemistry between Logan and Veronica is immediate and they are sexy together. I enjoyed the dialog between the two which was at times fun and heartwarming. I loved the fight that these two go through, Veronica with her hate of werewolves and Logan not wanting to lose his playboy status. As the two of them go about trying to keep Veronica safe and trying to find out who the stalker is, they become closer even though Veronica finds out the secret Logan has been keeping.

This was a great, quick read with an exciting conclusion, discovery of who the stalker is. The ending was really perfect and sweet.

Veronica is smart and capable but it's her vulnerability that draws you to her. Logan Black is her luminary. He is strong, fearless yet very tender and protective. Four Weddings And a Werewolf by Kristin Miller

Veronica Vale is a wedding planner helping her sister plan the big event. Small problem. Her sister is a recently turned werewolf marrying into the local pack. And Veronica is not fond of werewolves. In fact she thinks "They were unnatural and had serious anger issues that turned them into beasts." And they are nasty. What she doesn't know is that her secret admirer is really a stalker werewolf.
Logan Black is hired to protect her from the stalker. Oh yeah. And he's a werewolf.

Veronica believes "She would be the cat lady who died alone in bed. The one walking around Seattle with furballs stuck to her pants like lint sheets and cans of Fancy Feast tucked away in her purse. You know, in case of emergencies." She stirs things up a little with some really hot sex via a one night stand and Logan. She doesn't know he's a werewolf. Shhh.

This was a delightful romp through werewolf prejudices and sparks and some hot sex. It's the second in the series. The first is where the sister is attacked and turned into a werewolf. Now you know everything you need to know to read this second book.
    Fun, sexy and delightful.

I received this book from the publisher.
