Ludworst Bemonster is the pen name for author Rick Walton and artist Nathan Hale, who got bored one Halloween and decided that their favorite children's book would be much, much better if there were monsters in it. They both live in Provo, Utah.

Nathan Hale is the author and illustrator of the picture book The Devil You Know, and the illustrator of The Dinosaur’s Night Before Christmas, Animal House, and Balloon on the Moon. He has also illustrated two graphic novels, Rapunzel’s Revenge and Calamity Jack by Shannon and Dean Hale.
RICK WALTON is the author of So Many Bunnies, One More Bunny and more than ninety other picture books both bunny-and non-bunny-related. He lives with his family in Utah.
