    more from this reviewer

Wow! This phrasebook was free to put on my NOOK and I'd PAY to have it!

This was so cool to find! I'm so glad I came across it. I found it while looking for free books on my NOOK. I'm always looking for phrasebooks that have more than just a few languages, but this one was FREE and had 25 different languages! I HIGHLY recommend downloading it!

    Cool

My only knock on it was the format of the book. The way it was on my Nook, you couldn't just go to the page of the language you wanted to learn. For example: If I wanted Russian, there was no table of contents for me to go to page for "Russian" langue. You have to scroll through all the other langues to get to the one you want.

    Nice!!

Unfortunately this book is just a sample, but for a free sample it has plenty of basic phrases in so many languages. I've been reading together with my kids and we really enjoyed learning, for fun, how to say "Hi", "Thank You" and so on in so many languages.

    Great language book

This book gives you or your kids good skills to learn different languages. I love this book because i am not usually good at languages so this book helps alot fo me. My sister thinks this book is really good to so does my neighbor who lent me this book amd she likes the book too like me and my sister. Her dad also read it and he also likes the book to so every body who reads this book should enjoy it alot. This book teaches you about 20 different languages in the book. The book gives the word in english and then the word in that language that you want the language to be. I hope you enjoy this book. P.S sorry for the long review?!?!?

    Handy reference guide

This book contains very basic words and phrases. Doesn't go into any depth, but that's not it's intent. A good little guidebook for basic communication.

    Not recommended for Turkish

The "ch" sound is represented by the letter C with a tail under it and the "sh" sound is represented by the letter S with a tail under it in the Turkish language. However, this e-book does not include the tail or verticle line below the "ch" and "sh" C and S to differentiate it from the actual C and S in the alphabet. This makes corrent pronunciation very difficult (must read pronunciation guide rather than word) or impossible (when the pronunciation guide is not included).
