This is a fabulous history, introductory guide and manual for all-mountain free-heel skiing. Its beauty is that it does not limit itself to Telemark technique proper, but discusses other "Alpine" techniques relevant to the open-minded free-heeler. I own both the printed book and the Nook e-book which I bought so I'd always have it as a reference on ski trips.
