    A must for teachers

Used this book for storytime and for discussion of social issues and just for fun in the classroom, specifically with grades 1-3. Left my own copy with the teacher who took my place when I retired. Bought a new copy for a new teacher friend that is just setting up her first classroom. She's planning to use the book as a skit resource idea book for her 5th graders this year.

    Amazing

I absolutely love this book! In the fourth grade we used this book to stage a play and I fell in love. Years later I used it as a tool for morning meeting at the summer camp were I worked and the kids loved it. It seems a little dated at times but still a great read.

    A must for childhood!

This book brings back fond memories of my childhood. Especially 'the pain and the grea one' and 'ladies first'. I just bought a copy for my friends daughter who is loving it as much as i did at her age!
