This book is an invitation to enjoy poetry the way it was intended, not academically, not pretentiously, not condescendingly: Viscerally. You should enjoy the way it feels in your mouth and glides along your tongue. Feel the relaxation as you inhale before each stanza and exhale the stress, and worry, and tension, and anger, and frustration of the day.

Overview

This book is an invitation to enjoy poetry the way it was intended, not academically, not pretentiously, not condescendingly: Viscerally. You should enjoy the way it feels in your mouth and glides along your tongue. Feel the relaxation as you inhale before each stanza and exhale the stress, and worry, and tension, and anger, and frustration of the day.

I invite you to get lost, again, in your imagination. Like you did so long ago, as a child. Let the world melt away. Let the poetry consume you.

Enjoy.

Please Note: this book does contain some adult language and material.
