    Highly Recommended

I thought it was an easy book to read. It helped me to cut back on foods you don't need. I will say jucing is high calorie. 1 apple, 1 pear, 1 orange and 1 banana is over 300 calories so I split it with my daughter. Then it's only 174 cal. for breakfast. Great book I plan to read more of his books.
