I found this book to be entertaining and very helpful.  Perhaps much of this is obvious to others, but her insights were new to me.  I listened to it in my car and bought the Nook version as well.  It is common sense in a very useful form.

I am finding it difficult to get through this book. It doesn't take people's anxiety seriously and so far the main message has been, "Get over yourself" or "Tell yourself not to think about bad things" This doesn't help anyone. I don't like it and if I hadn't paid for it, I would delete it. It was a waste of money.
