Sample did not get past the copywrite info. Who determines the sample pages?

They are chosen by the length of the book. Lets say it is four pages long, you would only get about one page. If it was forty pages, you might get about five or ten. Around there.

Half the samples on the Nook store don't go past the table of contents- I've been wondering too.
