I am a beginner and find these cards help me expand,in conjunction with other modalities, my vocabulary. Probably an additional set of 1000 definitions would be worthwhile.

Very useful tool for beginners. I listen to tapes too and when I forget something like a number, this well laid out list is great.

This excellently organized pamphlet contains as much as I learned in my first year of French, and it helped me a great deal when I couldn't find the right word to say in my compositions. I only wish they could fit more information in the pages!
