    Sodium Rich

    A quick skim through these recipes shows quite high sodium content and large serving sizes. Consuming just 4 servings from the various recipes would put sodium intake above 2K mg. The nutrition information does not indicate potassium, a component of the DASH plan. I have not prepared any of the recipes, so cannot speak to the deliciousness claimed. I bought the Nook version and now wish I had looked through a hard copy before buying and could send it back for refund.
