Meet the Author

Darlene Zimmerman is the author of five books for Krause Publications. She has been designing fabrics since 1997, and since 2007 has produced two to six fabric lines each year for Robert Kaufman. Darlene publishes approximately four patterns each year that are distributed by Checker and carried at Nancy’s Notions. She attends Quilt Market on behalf of Robert Kaufman and EZ Quilting/Simplicity (with whom she has a line of branded tools), and she teaches at quilt guilds and shops around the country. Darlene Zimmerman lives in Fairfax, MN.

    Easy to understand!

    As a new quilter, this book had clear pictures, instructions, and suggests!

    Good quilting idea book

    I love 30's fabric. This book is full of ideas that are simple enough for the beginner and great for the more experienced quilter.
