This book helps make the fretboard less intimidating. It takes through the Pentatonic scale, the CAGED system and Arpeggios, Chord Progressions and inversions, and the different modes of playing the guitar.
Desi Serna has a way of teaching that makes learning simple. But this is not for the beginner. This is for the Intermediate player who is looking to take his playing to the next level.
This book has 4 companion DVD's which I recommend along with the book. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.
