Lynn Freed is the author of four novels, including The Bungalow and Homeground, both brought back into print by Story Line Press. She has been the recipient of numerous fellowships, including an NEA and a Guggenheim. A native of South Africa, she now resides in Sonoma, California.

Meet the Author

LYNN FREED is the recipient of the inaugural Katherine Anne Porter Award from the American Academy of Arts and Letters. She is the author of five highly praised novels and a short story collection, The Curse of the Appropriate Man. She lives in Sonoma, California.
