C.C. Wood lives in Texas with her husband. They are owned by two beagles, who are still training them to be good doggie parents.

If she is not reading or writing, C.C. can be found in the kitchen contemplating what to cook for dinner or rummaging through drawers for take-out menus. On occasion she finds herself waking up on the floor because she found her husband in the kitchen cooking and the shock was too much.

When the author contacted me with an ARC, I wasn't expecting anything great. I looked her up and found nothing! Well, now I feel like I discovered a star! I can't believe this was her first book. I even had to add it to goodreads myself! I recommend this story for anyone who likes Kristen Ashley, Alice Clayton, and if you liked the Neighbor From Hell series from RL Mathewson, you will like this!
