    My Favorite Children's Book!

This was my favorite book growing up! I'm a horse lover, so just the fact that it was about horses was interesting, but the story is cute and the pictures are even cuter. I'm getting it for my little cousins birthday so she can enjoy it just as much as i have

    Another Great

When I was younger, I would beg my mother to read brett's books to me. The Mitten, Trouble With Trolls, etc. Only a few months ago did I come across this tale. Fritz longs to be ridden on by children, like the beautiful horses. Unfortunately, as a shetland pony, he can't. When catastrophe, strkies he saves the day. Adorable and quaint, much like the Ugly Duckling, but with more emphasis on the actions instead of appearance.

As a horse crazy girl I was always captured by the illustrations

As a horse crazy girl I was always captured by the illustrations used in the book! And now as a college art student I still enjoy the illustrations and am even inspired by them!
