"What are movie viewers to think? The recent release of two feature films based on The Lord of the Rings trilogy, with a third slated for release later this year, has awakened popular interest in Tolkien's fantasy world. Meanwhile, devotees of Harry Potter are flocking to the opening of each new film based on J. K. Rowling's best-selling series. Frodo and Harry compares these fantasy worlds, contrasting the fictional ""real world"" of the former with the occult world of the latter. Discerning readers and thoughtful parents will learn about the nature of the fantasy genre, and the various critical tools necessary to develop an informed judgment about art and entertainment." Two respected media critics compare the Christian values evident in The Lord of the Rings with the occult setting of the Harry Potter series.

The title on the book when you get it is diffent than what is listed here. This title is misleading because it gives the impression the book is comparing Harry Potter vs. Frodo from the LOTRs. The book, however, is not that at all. The author is giving his religous views about how these movies impact out lives.
