I GOT SICK OF MY LIFESTYLE AND BECAME A BENEDICTINE OBLATE.MONKS REALLY KNOW HOW TO LIVE.SO FAR I'VE TRIED THE 'AUTUMN' SEASON PART OF THIS COOKBOOK.IT'S EASY,IT'S FUN AND I'LL NEVER GO BACK TO BURGERS AND FRIES.
