This book is truly inspiring for any addict on the road to recov

This book is truly inspiring for any addict on the road to recovery, or anyone seeking to grow. It has given me great hope to identify with so many of the challenges Dr Gadhia-Smith faced and to learn how she worked through them. Issues such as building healthy relationships, work fulfilment, independence and ultimately a connection with oneself and others, rather than the isolation addiction can bring. I recommend this book to anyone who wants some encouragement to stay on their own true path one day at a time. One of the best I've read!
