    Save your money, read my review.

    In a fit of anger, I ran a search for books that could help me deal with mine in order to improve my marriage. Patience has never been one of my virtues; I should have better researched the authors of this book before I made the decision to buy it. This book is full of antidotes and stories about how flawed the authors perceive themselves to be, and how they think they have overcome their flaws to become joyous husbands and overall better people. I'll make it easy for you: Obey your husband, forgive and forget, pray, pray, pray. There. Now you don't have to waste the 13.30 for the download and the time it takes to skim through. There is not one shred of practical, well-informed, professional advice in this book. And now that I have shared this information with you, I'm not so angry any more.

    great guidance

    This book offers alot of great guidance in letting go of past hurt to built a better relationship. even if the other person is not religious. I was able to meet one of the authors and he is a really great guy.
