Syr-Nagath, known as the Dark Queen, began a brutal war of conquest across the face of the Homeworld, secretly planning to destroy the martial orders and resurrect the dark ways of her race's apocalyptic past.

Another great start to another trilogy by Michael Hicks. It took me a few chapters to get into the book given the alien names but once the action starts you won't be able to put this down. Just like the two previous series, I bought the next book in the series and started it right away. Unfortunately the last volume isn't out yet. Hope we won't have to wait too long!
