About the Author

George W. Doherty is the President of the Rocky Mountain Region Disaster Mental Health Institute. The institute delivers critical inci¬dent response training in Wyoming and throughout the region as well as a national yearly conference and proceedings for crisis response managers and the mental health professionals who work with them. Doherty is the author of Crisis Intervention Training for Disaster Workers and editor of several volumes.
