Robert Drake did not think much of his father’s attempt to sway his dreams of becoming an FBI agent, nor the hallucination that took place during that attempt. It was long behind him now and he was bound and determined to make his own way in life. What he didn’t know is his earlier episode was going to lead him down a much darker path.

Meet the Author

I picked up an enjoyment of writing in high school, spending most of my efforts on short prose. In the following years I have attempted a few short stories, but never succeeded in turning an idea into a story, complete with development of my characters. It wasn’t until the year of 2009, after five years of marriage with my beautiful wife and three wonderful children, that I woke up one morning with an eerie dream imprinted in my mind and my first story began. The rest is history...er, well is being written anyway. Let's just say my mind is full, now comes the hard part of emptyingit all out on paper.

This 180 page book is first person and the author tells it as if the reader can not read it him/ herself. It is very poorly edited. I considered it a waste of time. It is classified right next to The Dog That Ate An Airplane. Bad. AD

The writing was silly at times, some of it did'nt make sense could have been a good book but it just went off in to left field at times. SM

I couldn't even finish this, not well written and I felt religion was being shoved down my throat. Now, I normally don't have a problem with religion or religious subjects - quite the opposite actually - but this hamfisted approach really irritated me.

Was really into the book. Interesting plot till it was solved then I lost interest. Feel the author was trying to push religion on me and if I want to preached to, I'll buy a book on religion.

Weird ending.

This is a thriller with a twist! Not what I expected, but I couldn't stop turning the pages until the end. A must read for avid thriller/mystery fans as well as Christians with a love of mystery! Enjoy!

I really enjoyed reading this book. The author told you the story, but I think that is what makes the story great. Although the book is not overly long, it is not short either, unlike most of the free books I started to read. On my nook the book is only 198 pages and the story is full of plot and character development and it is sort of like a mystrey, but I still loved reading it.

This book wasn't worth the time it took to read even though it was free. I only gave it one star so that I could post this review. It was very disappointing, not to men tion it was full of gramatical and spelling.
