By far, From Far Away Vol. 5 is the best yet. Noriko's got a little backbone, and finally confesses her love for Izark. Hooray! ... AND THEN IT ENDS RIGHT THERE. Luckily, i had read 6 and 7 before this volume because no store had this volume in stock at the time. Just goes to show that it's a popular volume.

To tell you the truth, i'm a manga maniac myself. I've read 'the mysterious play' 'Ceres' 'chobit' 'red river'...and ect with all the top manga ever created...but none really make me feel like i need to read the next one as bad as i need to read this one. ^-^ In volume 5. Izark was captured in that hair-like thing and order everyone else to take care of Noriko. When he was swallowed by the monster, he sent a telethapy message to Noriko saying that he's still ok...for the time being. When the group was seperated by the thick frog, Noriko fell down a hill( i think) And met up with the ghost boy she saw before. Meanwhile, Izark uses all his trenght to break free from the monster. (Am i giving out too much imformation?) Well, he ran out of power and faint(like before. i think it's part of the transformation stage. Anyhow...i'm gonna let you read the rest. cause it's really interesting.) I think that Izark have very deep feeling for noriko but he thought that one day when she sees his true form, she'd leave him. But she didn't. His own mother deny him his own existence and here is this girl who loves him no matter who he is or what he looks like. This ordinary girl who have not even the power to protected herself, wanted to protect him.
