From Medication to Meditation: How Meditation Supports Physical and Psychological Health

The title, 'From Medication to Meditation,' exactly pinpoints the current movement towards combining the Western science of the outer--conventional medical science--with the Eastern science of the inner, meditation. Rather than the usual 'turf battles' that plague this field, here we have a truly rounded view which supports the intelligent use of the most appropriate modality for every situation.

This book shows `no-chemical¿ ways to reduce stress and bring people back to a natural state of relaxation, which we have almost forgotten about.
