This book is helpful in guiding the reader to the resources that are needed to start a non profit. It can be difficult when you have a passion for a particular mission to know what are the best resources to use. This book was helpful in pointing one to good options for all the necessary steps.
I would recommend it to anyone who has a dream and wants to move to the next step.

The shortcut of non-fiction writers is to refer readers to other resources instead of telling them "how-to" accomplish the steps they have just outlined. This book does exactly that. The steps are outlined on how to start a non-profit, but how to do that is left to the reader.  Incredibly frustrating. Good points are made, but this is nowhere near a comprehensive guide to staring a non-profit. It is an overview of the process. If you purchase this book, you will most certainly need to invest in other resources aside from this book.
