It is a simple cookbook but full of wonderful and delicious recipes. Very healthy too! Olive oil is used often since Lebanese cuisine (as are all other Mediterranean cuisines) considers it a basic ingredient. I loved the recipes because they were full of fresh ingredients and no canned foods! But most of all, my family liked almost every recipe I cooked from the book.Was this review helpful?
