Meet the Author

Owen Edwards is a rock guitarist, teacher, and performer who has played with some of the rock world's leading musicians, including artists and members of bands such as Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Ozzy Osbourne, Gary Moore, Whitesnake, and Jamiroquai. He has worked as a session guitarist for numerous studio and live projects and taught at dozens of summer schools and rock workshops.

As editor and joint founder of leading online guitar magazine All Out Guitar, he has interviewed many world-famous musicians, gaining a first-hand insight into rock guitar technique. He is also a partner in the world's biggest guitar talent search, Guitar Idol.
