Very complete, but it repeats the same information several times

I bought several other Frommer's tour guides in the past.
This is not bad, but not the best one I read.
It has a lot of information, which is good, very goos pictures and good maps, and nice recommendations for tours and places to eat.
He has some very good tips too. (where you need to arrive early, where you need guide tour and where not, etc)
Nevertheless, I found the structure too repetitive and messy.
The problem is that he divides the country in several areas (which is good), but within each chapter he repeats too many times the same tours, sites and information. For instance, you can find the same visit to Volcan Arenal in :" Northern area 3 days visit, Northern area one week visit, Northern area with kids, Northern area outdoor activities, etc."
I think that he should concentrate the information in a much simpler way, the book will be thinner (and less heavy, this intended to be a backpack thing) and much faster to grab the information you are looking for.
