You are not able to zoom into any of the maps, even with the upgrade to the NookColor, which makes them worthless because the font is so tiny you cannot read the street names. The key to the map, which shows what occurs at each numbered location, is not accessible anywhere. Also, the charts (money conversion, average temperatures, etc) do not fit on the screen and so you cannot see information that is on the far left of any chart! I brought mine into the store to verify that this was an issue with the NookBook version and not my own user issue. They were not able to help and recommended I call customer service to ask for a refund.
