    Funky story 1

My running shoes slapped against the pavement as I made a run for Nimbasa City's gym. I huffed in and out as I ran through the city. I rounded on a bridge, squinting to see through the night and the fog. A sudden shadowy figure descended up before me and I tried to stop by digging my heels into the ground, but the bridge was slick with rain and I crashed into the person. I let out an oof and landed on my backside. The person barely stumbled, and I pulled myself off the cold metal. "I'm so sorr--" I cut off as I saw who the mystery person was. N. He was staring at me with no emotion, and instantly I backed away and mentally face palmed myself. Then a sudden rage built up inside of me, and I narrowed my eyes. "You. You're the cause of all of this! You kidnapped all the gym leaders!" I shouted, shaking my finger. He didn't move. "I wouldn't expect you to understand. You have no idea of why what I am doing is right," he calmly told me, his eyes hardening with an annoyance, as if I were a pesky fly. I crossed my arms. "Okay then, enlighten me," I demanded. N stared at me coldly for another second, and then he began to explain. "Pokemon aren't happy as slaves to meet their masters demands. I can understand them. They want freedom." "You think what you are doing is right because you think you can understand pokemon?" I nearly spat with fury. He narrowed his eyes at me. "I know what they need. I know I'm right. If I convince the gym leaders to free their pokemon, everyone will," N murmured, but I could detect hostility in his voice. "They will never obey you! No one will!" I screeched. Suddenly, I was backed up against the rail. "They will. Everyone will. I have ways, and it would be dangerous to interfere, to get hurt. You have a fire, and that makes you different from everyone, but every fire can be put out. Neither of us would want that would we?" He hissed, his face close to mine. Angry flames flicked in his own eyes. "I wouldn't expect you to care. I believe that you could be a good person, that you could change. But for now, you're just as bad as the rest of Team Plasma," I replied steadily, my heart pounding. N backed up, and I eased away from the steel rail. "I underestimated you, Touko. You have made your point clear, but I still stand strong in my beliefs. ...We will meet again," and with that, he vanished into the fog. A heavy rain began to smack the bridge with pings, and I realized I was alone on the bridge, soaking. I took out my Simipour and she used her water abilities protect me from the storm.

    Good

The information you need is in this book, but the layout of the information is not so user friendly. For instance, using the day by day itineraries, you are given the suggestions of what to see, but then referred back to the chapters to see the full details. I would have appreciated less page turning and searching, but did have good info. The attractions are given stars to indicate must see, which is helpful.
