    What a great book!

I enjoy stretching a lot, and have a couple of stretching books, but this one is really helpful because it has routines! Each one is laid out clearly and is easy to follow. The pictures are are real photos, not drawn ones, and it is so well put together. This is the best stretching book I have seen so far!
