Meet the Author

Arina Tanemura began her manga career in 1996 at the early age of 18, when her short stories debuted in Ribon magazine. Tanemura gained notoriety with the 1997 publication of I-O-N, a high school romance with a supernatural twist. From 1998 to 2000, she worked on the popular series Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne, about a young girl who is the reincarnation of Joan of Arc, followed by Time Stranger Kyoko in 2000-2001 and Full Moon o Sagashite in 2002. Despite Tanemura's intentions to draw in a style that makes her stories difficult to animate, both Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne and Full Moon o Sagashite have been adapted into TV series.

When I first saw Full Moon, I looked at the cover & said "nope". But After reading Arina's other manga series: The Gentleman's Alliance Cross, I gave it a chance & i'm glad I did. The story & plot is well done, the art is amazing, & ...it's just extremely good! Highly recomend you check it out!

This volume was a really good one. Mitsuki and Izumi connect for the first time, and a part of Izumi's past is reveiled. Madoka even falls in love. But the bad part is that there's a creepy stalker that likes Mitsuki's music a little too much. He told her that if she didn't stop singing, he'd go after her. He sent a present with a bomb in it, and it exploded in Ms. Oshige's face!He even pulled a knife on one of Full Moon's closest guy friends- Nachi, the lead singer in the band OZ. There's finally some romance between Ms.Oshige and Dr. Wakouji at last! The ending was a real clif hanger though! I won't spoil it for you guys! Overall, this volume left a really big impression on me! I give it 5 stars all the way! This one is definetely worth the read.
